Yan Borges

Yan Borges has held a variety of roles in the Supply Chain and Operations fields since 2008. In 2008, they were a Plant Manager Intern at Cintas, where they worked on inventory management, plant layout, and the application of lean manufacturing principles. In 2009, they held two roles, Assistant Sales Engineer at Heritage Equipment and Warehouse and Quality Control Clerk at Ando & Friends. At Heritage Equipment, they worked closely with an electro-mechanical engineer to prepare machinery and lab test equipment to be sold. At Ando & Friends, they were responsible for Quality Control and all the warehouse operations. In 2010, Yan was the Operations & Supply Chain Manager at Julian Bakery & Paleo Inc., where they managed and integrated all the operations, supply chain, and logistics of the company and its employees. In 2013, they were the Logistics and Distribution Manager at DRAGON ALLIANCE, where they oversaw all inbound, in-house, and outbound activities, Quality Control, warehouse management, inventory control, and the warranty department. In 2016, Yan was the Director of Operations and Operations Manager at Zamst (Sigmax America). As Director of Operations, they managed the company's exponential growth and as Operations Manager, they worked on effective forecasting, transparent communication, and process improvements. In 2018, they were the Operations Manager at BIORAY. In 2019, they were the Director of Operations at Eu Natural. Currently, Yan is the Supply Chain Director at Wellbeam Consumer Health, where they oversee all Suppliers, Purchasing, Forecasting, and order to cash processes, and is the Project Manager for the Implementation of NetSuite ERP system and Systems Architecture and Automation.

Yan Borges attended West Virginia University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering.
