Kornelia Hećman has a diverse work experience in brand and marketing roles. In their current position as the Brand & Marketing Director at Wellbee, they are responsible for leading brand and marketing strategies. Prior to that, they were the Owner of www.hecman.co, where they provided marketing consultancy, communication strategies, and branding services for various artists and commercial clients.

Kornelia also served as the Manager & Creative Producer at Super Super, where they developed brand communication strategies and managed a creative studio team. Additionally, they have experience as a PR Consultant at Big Picture / PR & Public affairs and RC2 Raczkiewicz Chenczke Consultants, where they handled media relations, PR campaigns, and event organization for various clients.

Earlier in their career, Kornelia worked as a Redaktor prowadząca at TVP Kultura "Dolina kreatywna" and as a Marketing w mediach społecznościowych at Livebrand Agencja Interaktywna.

Throughout their career, Kornelia has worked with a wide range of clients including SBM Label, Wydawnictwo Wydałem, Sephora, Charactr.com, Ghelamco, and Tylko. Kornelia has a strong background in brand development, marketing, event production, and public relations.

Kornelia Hećman pursued their education at the University of Warsaw, where they obtained a degree in Tłumaczenia Specjalistyczne. After completing their studies at the University of Warsaw, they enrolled at Warszawska Szkoła Filmowa in 2015. Currently, their field of study at Warszawska Szkoła Filmowa focuses on reżysersko - operatorski.
