Terri Hebdon

Terri Hebdon has worked as a Human Resource Director at Wellbridge since 1998. Their role has evolved with the company, and they pride herself on leading a team that provides excellent customer service and support while also ensuring compliance with company policy and interests. Terri provides guidance and support to Corporate, Regional, and Club Management in all HR areas, shares information with employees regarding company policy and benefits, counsels management on employee relations issues, facilitates the performance management process, and ensures efficient onboarding of new associates. Prior to their role at Wellbridge, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at New Mexico Sports & Wellness from 1995 to 1998 and as an Assistant General Manager from 1990 to 1995.
