Risa Olinsky, MA, CWC, is an experienced wellness coach and speaker with over 30 years in personal wellness coaching, consulting, and training in the Metro NY area. Currently serving as President of FreeWalkers and Risa Olinsky, MA, LLC, Count on Yourself Coaching, Risa has also held positions such as Certified Wellcoach for Wellcoaches Corporation and Wellness Coach at the Chambers Center for Well Being. Risa's expertise encompasses wellness coaching for individuals and groups, along with motivational speaking on health-related topics for various organizations. Risa founded the Health & Wellness Professional Network and has contributed articles on wellness for The New York Times. Risa holds a Master of Arts in Exercise Science/Fitness and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from New York University.
