Adrian Ibrahim

Adrian Ibrahim is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Wellcome Sanger Institute since August 2024, Adrian focuses on developing innovative deep tech companies to tackle significant challenges. Previously, Adrian was the Founder and Senior Vice President at Mosaic TX from July 2020 to August 2024 and served as the Chair of the Genomics Advisory Committee at the BioIndustry Association from January 2018 to November 2022. Additionally, Adrian held roles at the Wellcome Sanger Institute as the Head of Business Development and Technology Transfer from September 2011 to October 2022, and at Cancer Research Technology Limited as Associate Director of Business Management from December 1999 to September 2011. Adrian's academic credentials include an MBA from Imperial College Business School, a Ph.D. from the Institute for Cancer Studies, and a BSc in Biology from Imperial College London.
