Emmanuel Moro

Emmanuel Moro is a Funding Manager specializing in Infection and Immunobiology at Wellcome Trust since June 2023. Previously, Emmanuel served as a Submissions Specialist at Frontiers from September 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing the editorial development and operations of special issues in Microbiology, focusing on infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance. Emmanuel also gained experience as a Summer Student at Lancaster University in July 2017 and at the University of Leeds in July 2016. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Lancaster University and completed A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Music at Runshaw College.
