James McCan

James McCann is a Project Officer at Wellcome Trust, responsible for monitoring research projects, managing governance and quality, and ensuring compliance while fostering an inclusive culture. As a co-founder of the Feminist Men Project, James focuses on reducing gender-based violence and promoting men's allyship. Previous roles include Lead Facilitator at Beyond Equality, where James contributed to staff engagement initiatives, and various positions at Raleigh International, leading youth programs aimed at addressing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. James also has experience as an EFL teacher and holds an MA in International Relations with a focus on Human Rights from the University of Exeter.
