James McCann

James McCann currently serves as a Project Officer at Wellcome Trust, focusing on monitoring and reporting on Discovery Research projects, managing quality control, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture. As co-founder of the Feminist Men Project, James works to reduce gender-based violence through workshops aimed at promoting men's allyship. Previously at Beyond Equality and The Education and Training Foundation, James coordinated activities to enhance organizational culture and engagement. James has extensive experience in youth programs with Raleigh International, overseeing various roles related to volunteer management and training for international development. With a strong educational background, including an MA in International Relations focused on Human Rights from the University of Exeter, James combines practical expertise with a commitment to social issues and community development.
