Meera Baswan

Meera Baswan is an accomplished undergraduate researcher and leader with diverse experience in chemical engineering, finance, and economics. Currently, Meera is an Undergraduate Researcher at the Myerson Lab at MIT, focusing on mRNA manufacturing processes. Additionally, Meera serves as an Incoming Equity Research Summer Associate at RBC Capital Markets and is an Online Intensive Scholar with Girls Who Invest. Research roles at Wellesley College include investigating radiation chemistry and serving as a Karl E. Case Economics Research Fellow. As Co-President of WeStart and Director and Founder of The Indigenous Foundation, Meera advocates for Indigenous rights and supports emerging leaders. Previous experience includes participation in Morgan Stanley's Early Insights Program and leadership roles in various initiatives at Wellesley College, demonstrating a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Meera is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chemistry at Wellesley College, along with studies in Chemical Engineering and Finance at MIT, and will study abroad at the University of Oxford.
