André Capiberibe Franco Fagundes has an extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. André Capiberibe started their career as a Petroleum Economist and Oil & Gas Consultant at Galp Energia / Petrogal Brasil, where they developed and participated in the elaboration of financial reports for joint ventures and was responsible for economic valuations of new projects.

André Capiberibe then worked as an E&P Planning Manager at Starfish Oil & Gas S.A., where they were responsible for government and regulatory affairs and oversaw E&P activities with joint ventures and the regulatory agency.

André also worked at Vale Oil & Gas as an E&P Senior Analyst, where they controlled billing statements and cash calls for the company's E&P portfolio and participated in economic valuations and farm-in/farm-out opportunities. André Capiberibe later became an E&P Contract Manager at Vale Oil & Gas, responsible for controlling budgets and working programs and negotiating strategic contracts.
