Mohammed Abas

Mohammed Abas, CPA, CBV, CIM, currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development at Wellington-Altus since October 2021. Prior experience includes various roles at KPMG Canada from January 2015 to October 2021, transitioning from Staff Accountant in Audit to Manager in Deal Advisory. Mohammed has also held the position of Senior Analyst in Private Equity at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) from September 2020 to October 2021. Additional experience includes internships at Tetrem Capital Management and National Bank Investments, as well as a customer service role at TD. Mohammed obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manitoba, graduating in 2014.
