Kim Payton

Kim Payton is an experienced health, safety, and wellness professional currently serving as the Head of Health, Safety and Wellness at Wellington Free Ambulance since November 2022. Prior roles include Manager of Safety Health and Wellbeing at Fire and Emergency NZ, and National HSSE Manager at NZ Bus, where responsibilities encompassed guiding leadership in safe public transport delivery. Additional experience includes consulting for Major Consulting Group Ltd, advising on health and safety solutions, and serving as Health and Safety Advisor for Powerco and the Department of Labour. Kim Payton holds a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
