Mike McGovern

Mike McGovern is an accomplished IT professional with over 30 years of experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Wellington Free Ambulance since December 2018, Mike leads the ICT team and focuses on transforming IT strategies, systems, and services for the organization. Prior to this, Mike was the IT Manager at Baldwins Intellectual Property from April 2005 to November 2018, providing strategic direction and adopting new technologies. Prior to Baldwins, Mike held IT Manager and Systems Engineer positions at Baldwin Shelston Waters, handling the optimization of desktops, servers, and networks. Mike's career began at EDS Group, where various IT roles were undertaken from 1994 to 1998.
