Susan Greager

Susan Greager possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational capability, currently serving as the Head of People and Capability at Wellington Free Ambulance since July 2022. Previously, Susan held key HR positions including Human Resources Manager at GNS Science and HR Manager at Fire and Emergency NZ. A significant tenure at the Royal New Zealand Plunket Trust featured roles as Head of People Services, Manager of P&C Business Services, and Team Leader of People and Capability. Earlier experience includes acting as Manager of HR Operations at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and a variety of senior HR roles at the Department of Labour and other government agencies. Educational qualifications include an LLB from Victoria University of Wellington and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Massey University.
