Adam Brack-Sinnott

Adam Brack-Sinnott is an experienced culinary professional with a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Dublin Institute of Technology. From March 2021 to April 2024, Adam served as Group Chef at Star Group, overseeing multiple sites. Prior to this role, Adam was the Head Chef at Egmont St Eatery from August 2019 to November 2020, and held the position of Executive Chef at Yu Group between March 2018 and August 2019, managing culinary operations across multiple locations.
