Rogina de Jong

Rogina de Jong is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and retail sectors. At Star Group (November 2022 - August 2024), Rogina led a diverse learning program aimed at enhancing core hospitality skills and improving customer experience while promoting individual capability and career pathways. Prior to this, at Vodafone New Zealand (July 2020 - September 2022), Rogina held roles as Skill Set Manager and Retail Sales Coach, driving the strategy for career development and enhancing sales staff capabilities in an omni-channel environment. Previous roles include Retail Trainer at Pacificomm, Telco Regional Account Manager at Apple, and Assistant Coach for the national Dutch inline skating team. Rogina holds educational qualifications from Stenden Hogeschool and Cios.
