Colin Mitchell

Colin Mitchell is the Director of Customer Success at Wellington IT since April 2025, bringing extensive experience in customer operations and finance. Prior to this role, Colin held several senior positions at BNP Paribas Personal Finance from July 2010 to April 2025, including Head of Customer Contact, Head of Customer On-Boarding, Retention & Experience, and Underwriting Manager, overseeing teams of up to 120 staff. Prior experiences include Business Improvement Manager at Diageo Northern Ireland and Head of Finance for both Ulster Bank Retail Branches and Senior Manager Finance, Risk & Admin at Ulster Bank Retail Direct. Colin earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moore's University following education at St Michael's SHS Lurgan.
