Gwen Neal, CPXP has over two decades of experience in patient experience management, starting as a Patient Satisfaction Coordinator and progressing to roles such as Director of Service Excellence and Patient Satisfaction. With a background in Business/Communication from Mississippi State University, Gwen has worked with various healthcare organizations to improve patient satisfaction and implement service excellence strategies. Currently serving as a Patient Experience Manager at Wellington Regional Medical Center, Gwen continues to focus on enhancing the overall patient experience.
