Shelley Brown

Shelley Brown has over two decades of experience in early childhood education, currently serving as the Head of Early Childhood and Lower School at The Wellington School since August 2015, where Shelley inspires and leads a team of over 50 educators, providing direction for curriculum and pedagogy. Prior to this role, Shelley held various positions at Roycemore School from 2003 to 2014, including Director of Early Childhood and Prekindergarten Teacher, focusing on differentiated instruction and thematic units for young learners. Shelley holds a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Miami University.
