Pamala McGlinchey

Pamala McGlinchey is an experienced leader in customer success and marketing, currently serving as Vice President of Client Success at Employer Direct Healthcare since May 2024 and as a Customer Success Partner at Wellist since April 2023. Previously, Pamala held several leadership roles at Cleo, including Vice President of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success from December 2019 to February 2023. Pamala also served as Vice President of Customer Success at Caring.com, where the role involved establishing customer engagement and retention strategy. Additional experience includes Vice President of Marketing Services at MarketBridge and Vice President of Client Services and Marketing Operations at UBM Tech.
