Danielle Franzone

Danielle Franzone is a seasoned professional in the field of social work and care coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Care Coordinator at WellLife Network since October 2016, Danielle also holds the title of Social Worker at St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center beginning in June 2019. Danielle completed a Master's degree in Social Work at LIU Post from 2014 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Scranton between 2010 and 2014.
