Alicia Stafford -

Alicia Stafford is currently the Director of Human Resources at Wellman, having previously worked in retail at Walmart as a Department Manager. Prior to that, Alicia served as an Executive Director at I Think I Can Childcare and as a Store Manager at Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region. Alicia's career also includes roles as a Para Educator at Creston Community School and as an Assistant Child Care Director at Children's Learning Foundation. Alicia holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Human Services & Psychology from Buena Vista University and an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Southwestern Community College.
