Previously, at Redbox, Jenni held multiple leadership roles, including Director of User Experience and Product Management, where a cross-functional team was managed through the complete product lifecycle. Jenni's career also includes consulting for Centralis, developing user research strategies, and creating successful design changes for Fortune 500 clients. An educational background includes an Executive MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, an M.S. in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University, and additional qualifications from Northwestern University and Loyola University Chicago.
