Jessica Hanshaw

Jessica Hanshaw is an experienced Scrum Master currently at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield since March 2020, with prior experience in the same role at QCI from May 2019 to March 2020. Jessica previously held the position of Delivery Manager at ManTech International Corporation from June 2017 to May 2019, and served as Sr. Program Manager at Tantus Technologies, Inc. from May 2016 to June 2017, as well as at General Dynamics Information Technology from January 2013 to May 2016. Jessica began a career in project coordination as the HI Solutions Coordinator Lead/Lead Product Coordinator at Telligen from October 2005 to January 2013. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Upper Iowa University.
