Kristen Pudenz

Kristen Pudenz, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of People Analytics & Experience at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where employment commenced in July 2004. Kristen's extensive experience at Wellmark includes roles as Team Leader of HR Consulting, HR Business Partner, Performance Consultant, Trainer II, and Membership and Enrollment Specialist. Prior to Wellmark, Kristen held the position of Senior Assistant Store Manager at Pier 1 Imports and worked as Assistant Manager at Wet Seal, Inc., and The Children's Place. Kristen earned an MBA in Business from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business in 2008 and a BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Morningside University in 2004.
