Kyle Lattina is the VP, Product & Client Solutions at Wellmark. Kyle has over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry and has been with Wellmark since December 2015. In their current role, they are responsible for developing and driving the strategic direction for all market segments including segment performance, market insight, competitive intelligence, and product development.

Prior to their current role, Kyle served as the Director - Segment Performance and Product Development at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. In this role, they were focused on the achievement of overall membership, revenue and margin goals for retention and acquisition across the organization. Kyle also provided oversight and leadership for the market strategy across segments by leading the annual planning process.

Kyle has a proven track record of success in the insurance industry and is dedicated to delivering products and services that meet customer needs and creates the optimal customer experience.

Kyle Lattina received their MBA in finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Kyle also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Saint Louis University. In addition, Kyle has completed an executive program in corporate strategy at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Kyle is also a CFA Charterholder, having received their certification from the CFA Institute.
