Lisa Swanson, CSM®, CSPO®, POPM, has extensive experience in business analysis and systems consulting, most recently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield since October 2019. In this role, Lisa analyzes client business requirements and processes while translating information into actionable stories for member profile management. Previous positions include Senior Requirements Analyst and Scrum Master at DuPont Pioneer, where Lisa prioritized and defined features for invoicing systems, as well as Business Rules Analyst for Genesis 10, focusing on process integration for Wells Fargo's mortgage systems. Lisa's early career includes roles at Citi Mortgage and Principal Financial Group, building a strong foundation in requirements gathering, project proposals, and customer service.
