Tracey Dare

Tracey Dare is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and resource management. Currently serving as a Vendor Risk Management Coordinator and previously a Resource Planning Operations Coordinator at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield since April 2014, Tracey supports operations through effective staffing plans and ongoing adjustments. Tracey's prior roles include Customer Service Supervisor at Mercy, where oversight of call center operations and customer service development was key. At CenturyLink, Tracey advanced through various positions, ultimately managing a team as Resource Allocations Manager. Earlier career milestones include a Computer Operator role at Fiserv and a Service Representative position at NEOdata. Tracey holds a BA in Education from Salem-Teikyo University and is a certified nursing assistant from Des Moines Area Community College.
