Austin Johnson

Austin Johnson has held a variety of roles in the past 7 years. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Administrative Claims Coordinator at Wallace & Graham, P.A. followed by a position as a Customer Service Professional at Blue Cross NC from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they began working at MedCost in the role of Operations Supervisor, then moved to a position as Operations Team Lead, and later to a Claims Analyst.
