Kristen Rhyne, NCCP has over 8 years of professional work experience. Kristen began their career in 2012 as a Member/Volunteer with the Junior League. In 2013, they worked as a Paralegal with The Karney Law Firm, and as an Office Manager/Paralegal with Dummit Fradin. In 2014, they worked as a Contract Project Assistant with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP. From 2015-2020, they worked in various roles at CURO Health Services, including Risk Manager, Workers Compensation Benefits Coordinator, and Corporate Paralegal. During this same time, they also worked as a Contract Paralegal with Gardner Skelton PLLC. In 2020, they worked as a Claims Consultant with Coca-Cola Consolidated and a Paralegal/Project Manager with Wellnecity. Currently, they are the Owner of The Sunflower Studio, offering wallpaper removal and application, furniture renovation and organizing design and project work in the greater Charlotte area.

Kristen Rhyne obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. In May 2013, they were awarded the North Carolina Certified Paralegal certification from the North Carolina State Bar.
