Nishchal Shrestha

Nishchal Shrestha has work experience spanning from 2016 to present. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Resident Assistant for Earlham College, where they also held various other roles such as Convener of South Asian Student Association, Vice President of Nominations, and Outdoor Education Center Convener. In 2018, they worked as a Research Assistant for Northen Chaco Outliers Project. In 2019, they worked as a Natural Science & Math Apprentice for High Mountain Institute, followed by a Math Teacher & Outdoor Leadership Educator role for Eagle's Nest Foundation starting in 2020. In 2021, they worked as an Interpreter & Community Liasion at Guildford County Schools for the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Nishchal then worked as a Graduate Student Consultant for smoodi in 2022. Currently, they are a Business Analyst for Wellnecity, starting in 2023.

Nishchal Shrestha completed their high school education in Cambridge A Levels at Rato Bangala School in 2014. Nishchal later attended Earlham College from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences. In 2022, Nishchal enrolled at Wake Forest University and earned a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics, which they completed in 2023. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in The Python Mega Course: Build 10 Real World Applications from Udemy and Google Data Analytics from Google in 2022.
