Shelley L. is an experienced health and wellness professional with a diverse background in coaching and dietetics. Currently serving as a Health Coach at Wellness Corporate Solutions, LLC since May 2014, Shelley employs telephonic wellness coaching techniques, including motivational interviewing and SMART goal setting. Shelley has also held roles as a Certified Health Coach at Take Shape for Life and a Wellness Specialist at Nutrametrix since 2009. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Dietitian at Rebecca Bitzer MS, RD & Associates from December 2001 to May 2021 and as a Clinical Dietitian at Southern Maryland Hospital Center from August 2001 to March 2002. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech, with a minor in Psychology, focusing on Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise.
