Terese Kartholl

Terese Kartholl is an experienced grant writer and nonprofit consultant with a diverse background in grant management and donor relations. Currently serving as a Grant Writer at Wellness House since March 2024, Terese also operates as an Independent Nonprofit Consultant for TMK Consulting Services LLC since February 2019, offering strategic and creative guidance to various nonprofit organizations. Previous roles include Director of Journalism Funding Initiatives at Local Media Association, overseeing grants management and writing efforts, and Grant Writer for the Record-Journal Latino Communities Reporting Lab, focusing on supporting program growth through grant proposals and reports. Terese’s extensive experience in higher education and alumni relations includes positions at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, The Chicago School, and Loyola University Chicago.
