Cameo Fucci

Cameo Fucci is an experienced culinary professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Owner of Allora Pasta Co. since June 2015, where responsibilities include hosting pasta-making workshops and managing company operations. Additional roles include Chef Liaison for Wellness in the Schools since December 2019 and Pasta Cook at Misi New York from August 2018 to May 2019, where Cameo honed multitasking abilities in a fast-paced kitchen. Previous experience includes serving as Sous Chef at Yvonne's Supper Club, Line Cook at multiple establishments, and Special Project Coordinator at Amped for Education Inc. Cameo also has a background in content marketing as a Marketing Intern at Educents and as Creative Director at FroyoWorld. Education was completed at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, complemented by leadership experience as Vice President of the UMass Amherst Ski and Board Club.
