Marion Williams is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in culinary education and nutrition programs. Currently serving as the National Program Director at Wellness in the Schools since March 2010, Marion leads initiatives in culinary education, menu planning, and partnerships across multiple states. Previous roles include Culinary Director and Program Director in New Jersey and the Bronx, as well as Chef Coordinator Supervisor, focusing on nutritional education and food demonstrations. Marion has also volunteered with City Harvest, served as a Chef/Event Planner at Lorena's Specialty Baking, and worked in marketing at Whole Foods Market. With a comprehensive education in culinary arts and nutrition, including certifications from the Natural Gourmet Institute and ongoing studies at the University of California, San Francisco, Marion is dedicated to promoting healthful food practices in schools and communities.
