Kruti Maniar

Kruti Maniar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kruti currently works as the Director of Coach Operations at Wellness Coach, where they are responsible for managing the hiring and onboarding process of various coaches and creating content for classes and coaching sessions. Previously, they were the Content and Operations Manager at Wellness Coach, where they organized schedules, managed content, and documented all aspects of the coaching program. Prior to that, Kruti worked in eLearning Operations at Wellness Coach, where they created schedules, documented sessions, and managed content.

Before joining Wellness Coach, Kruti served as an Operations Executive at IDP Education Ltd, where they handled operational tasks. Kruti also worked as a Senior Executive - Talent Transformation at Wipro and as a Trainer at Speakwell Skills Academy.

Kruti's early career included roles at Maersk Global Service Centres, where they worked as a Senior Associate and an Operations Officer. In these roles, they handled various responsibilities such as document creation, team handling, client relationship management, and operational tasks related to intermodal operations.

In addition to their corporate experience, Kruti briefly worked as a Salesperson at Pune FC and volunteered at Pune Youth Club (PYC).

Kruti Maniar's education history is as follows:

From 2014 to 2015, Kruti studied at Cardiff Metropolitan University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)

In 2010 to 2011, Kruti attended the National Institute of Event Management, where they earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Event Management.

During the same period, they also pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business at Pune University. This program focused on International Marketing, Foreign Trade & Economic Systems, and Commercial Law.

From 2007 to 2010, Kruti attended the University of Pune, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Management (IB), with a specialization in International Business/Trade/Commerce.

Before attending university, Kruti studied at the Indian School Al-Ghubra from 1993 to 2007, where they focused on commerce.

Additionally, in 2014, Kruti obtained a Certificate in TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) from ELS Language Centres in Malaysia.
