Tykisha Foster is a seasoned professional in the mental health and substance abuse counseling fields, currently serving as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Wellpath since June 2023. Tykisha has extensive experience, having also worked as a Mental Health Skill Builder/Life Coach at Life Consultants since November 2021 and as a Mental Health Counselor at Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center since April 2021. Previous roles include serving as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor at SELLATI & COMPANY, INC. and a Counselor at Behavioral Health Group, among other counseling positions in various organizations from 2014 to 2016. Tykisha possesses multiple certifications, including SAP, CSAC, ICADC, CADC II, NCAC I, and QMHP-T, and is currently pursuing advanced degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling.
