Heather Gadon

Heather Gadon is the current VP of HR at WellPet. Heather has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a particular focus on Talent Acquisition and Development.

Heather began their career as an HR Generalist/Recruiter at Delta Dental Plan of MA. Heather then spent 9 years at Comverse, Inc. as their Director of Human Resources/Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, Heather was responsible for all aspects of the HR function, including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and training & development.

Heather then spent 2 years at DynamicOps (which was acquired by VMware) as their Director of Human Resources. In this role, Heather was responsible for leading the HR team and developing programs to support the company’s strategic objectives.

After a brief stint at HighRoads (which was acquired by DirectPath), Heather returned to DirectPath as their Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Heather is responsible for the creation and implementation of DirectPath’s people strategy.

Most recently, Heather has been working as the Global Vice President of People & Engagement at WellPet. In this role, Heather is responsible for leading the HR team and developing programs to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Heather Gadon has a Bachelor of Science from Salem State College in Business Administration, a Master of Science from Suffolk University in Human Resources, and they is also a graduate of Swampscott High School.
