Ann Leinfelder Grove

Ann Leinfelder Grove serves as the Executive Advisor and President and CEO of Wellpoint Care Network, a $38M trauma-informed human services organization in Milwaukee, WI, since February 2018. In 2022, Ann led a successful rebranding initiative and a community campus transformation aimed at enhancing services for citizens, empowering employees, and engaging the 5,000 individuals in Wellpoint's care. Prior to this role, Ann held multiple senior positions at SaintA from July 1999 to February 2018, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Ann's career began at St. Aemilian-Lakeside, where responsibilities included Director of Marketing and Development. Ann holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's degree in business management from Cardinal Stritch University.
