Mindy Calderon-Pitchford has had a variety of roles throughout their work experience. Melinda (Mindy) started their career as an Independent Living Case Manager at Lad Lake from December 2002 to November 2005. Melinda (Mindy) then worked as a Ministry Assistant at Elmbrook Church from November 2005 to November 2011. From November 2011 to July 2013, they worked as a Youth and Family Coordinator at Milwaukee Rescue Mission, where they also provided case management for Joy House families and women in the shelter. In March 2016, they became an Iris Consultant at Magellan Health until July 2017. Mindy then founded BLOOM~Bringing Life Out Of Mess in November 2016. Their most recent role was at Wellpoint Care Network, where they started as a Care Coordinator in July 2017 and worked their way up to become the Director of Community Services starting in October 2022. Melinda (Mindy) also held positions as a Lead Care Coordinator, Wraparound Care Coordination Supervisor, and Community Outreach Coordinator during their time at Wellpoint Care Network.
Melinda (Mindy) Calderon-Pitchford earned their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Melinda (Mindy) attended the university from 1992 to 1995.
