Amy Mcglothlen

Amy McGlothlen, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Wells since January 2014, Amy has held various HR positions including HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Previous experience includes roles at Easter Seals Southeast Wisconsin as Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator and at Menards as Human Resources Coordinator. Early in the career path, Amy worked in positions such as Account Executive at Employment Times and Employment/Promotions Coordinator at Diversified Personnel Services. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1997, following a high school diploma from Palmyra Eagle HS.
