Lyle Loutsch

Lyle Loutsch has extensive experience in operations and engineering within the food industry, currently serving as Sr. Director of LeMars Operations at Wells Enterprises from June 2019. Prior to this role, Lyle held multiple positions at Wells' Dairy, Inc. from March 2004 to June 2015, including Sr. Director of Reliability and Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing all engineering activities, project engineering, and corporate continuous improvement. Lyle also served as Plant Manager for the North Ice Cream Plant between 2004 and 2008. Lyle holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Creativity from Bellevue University, completed between 2014 and 2016.
