Renee Welte

Renee Welte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Total Rewards & Talent Acquisition at Wells Enterprises since March 2005, where responsibilities include advising the Board of Directors Compensation Committee on executive compensation and leading cross-functional teams. Previously, Renee held positions as Director of Total Rewards & Talent Acquisition, where strategic program development aligned with business goals, and Director of Shared Services, focusing on the establishment of a Human Resources Shared Services department. Prior experience includes roles in human resources at Gateway, where policy development and training were key responsibilities, and as an Admissions Counselor/Recruiter at Briar Cliff University. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Industrial Resources at Goodwill Industries and Employment Manager at Sesdac, where efforts focused on employment for individuals with disabilities. Renee holds a BA in Human Resources from Briar Cliff University and a Masters Certification in Project Management from ESI/George Washington University.
