Roger Miller has extensive experience in continuous improvement and operations management within the food manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Leader at Wells Enterprises since May 2019, Roger focuses on capital and performance improvements, following training by the McKinsey group. Previous roles at Wells include Operations Manager with a focus on CI efforts and overseeing night shift operations at the North Ice Cream Plant. Prior experiences include positions at Nestle USA as Quality Supervisor and Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream as Process Improvement Engineer and Team Coach. Roger began a career at Hormel Foods as Senior Production Supervisor. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University and degrees from Southwestern Christian University and Messenger College.
