Teresa Caslavka

Teresa Caslavka, Ed.M., SPHR is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Organization Development at Wells' Dairy, Inc. since June 2011. Prior roles included positions at HNI Corporation, where Teresa served as Strategic Staffing and Development Manager, IT Infrastructure Manager - Applications, and IT Software Instructional Designer, focusing on in-house training program development. Additionally, Teresa held various roles at The HON Company, including Leadership Development Training Specialist and MCR (HR) Manager.
