Brian Hall

Brian Hall is an experienced executive with a diverse background in commercial banking and strategic marketing. At Wells Fargo, Brian held the position of EVP, Head of Business Enablement within Commercial Banking, focusing on investment prioritization, change management, and process improvement from January 2013 to February 2024. Prior roles at Wells Fargo included EVP, Head of Change Management, and SVP positions overseeing strategy and customer selection. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Partner at r3strategy, advising clients on customer lifecycle optimization, and various leadership roles at AOL, where Brian developed product marketing and retention strategies.
