Damini Takkar

Damini Talwar Takkar is a legal professional with a strong background in corporate affairs and company secretarial practices. Currently serving as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Wells Fargo, Damini has also held positions as Associate Counsel and Company Secretary in the same institution. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Executive in Corporate Affairs at SAMHI Hotels Limited and Assistant Company Secretary at BDO India LLP.
