Dharna Bijlani

Dharna Bijlani is a seasoned data science professional currently serving as a Lead Data Science Consultant at Wells Fargo since January 2025, while also being a member of Women In Product since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Manager, Assistant Manager, and Business Analyst at American Express from October 2017 to January 2025, and as a Consultant at Fractal Analytics from August 2016 to September 2017, where significant projects included profit and loss forecasting and resource optimization. Early career experience includes developing operational strategies for Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. in 2016 and conducting branch cost analysis during an internship at the same company in 2015.
