Dominic Cicatelli is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in automation and software development leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Lead Software Engineer at Wells Fargo since October 2019, Dominic oversees the Process Transformation & Intelligent Automation Delivery Team, leading multiple scrum teams and projects, and has been instrumental in the development of the firm's first Microsoft Copilot chatbot solution. Dominic also spearheads technical efforts for Robotic Process Automation and Robotic Desktop Automation solutions, achieving significant implementations across the organization. Previously, as a Digital Automation Engineer at MetLife, Dominic focused on automating business processes using Blue Prism. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems and Services from East Carolina University, earned in 2017.
