Eric M. Johnson is currently the SVP, Head of the Legal Entity Office at Wells Fargo. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Associate in Tax at KPMG from June 2002 to November 2005. There, they specialized in federal tax for financial services. Eric has been with Wells Fargo since December 2005.

Eric M. Johnson has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a Masters of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Eric also has a B.A. in Computer Science from Bethel University and is certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Minnesota.
